Hello!
Startix is a digital share (equivalent to a stock) in a specific project on the xstartx.ru platform. Each project has its own Startix.
How it works:
At the start – if a project lacks funding, partners can pay for work, advertising, or any other useful actions using Startix.
When investments are received – investors also receive Startix proportional to the funds invested.
Payments to developers – as soon as a project receives funding, all Startix holders receive their share strictly based on their percentage of the total number of Startix in the project.
After launch – project profits are distributed in the same way: the more Startix you have in your balance, the larger your payout.
In the initial stages, the platform controls the payment rules, and after the project launch, its internal economy takes over.

Hello! For a beginner blogger on our platform, there is a simple way to earn through xstartx projects. Here is a step-by-step guide:
1. Create a post about any project on the platform
Tell your followers what the project is, why it is needed, and why they should participate.
2. Wait for 100+ views
As soon as your post reaches over 100 views, you become eligible for a share in the project.
3. Submit a request for the "Traffic Manager" role
Write to the project partners (via the form on the platform or in the project chat) and provide:
- a link to your post;
- the number of views (screenshot or statistics);
- a brief description of how exactly you promoted the project.
4. Receive Startixes for views
Project partners are required to accept you into the team and award Startixes proportional to the number of views. The more views, the more Startixes.
5. What to do with your Startixes — it's your choice:
Keep them — and wait for the project to start generating profit (payouts will be distributed proportionally to your share).
Apply for sale — if the project already has investor funds or profit, the partners will buy back your Startixes for real money.
Important to note:
If the project does not have funds yet, the payouts are secured for you, and as soon as funds become available, the Startixes will be bought back under the terms that were in place at the time of your participation. You don't lose anything; you simply receive them a bit later and get more for the payout amount accumulated during the waiting period. Advice for beginners: start with one post with 100–300 views, get your first starts, see how the system works, and then scale.

How to launch a project with no money?

You don't need money to start on XStartX. You create a project, describe your idea, and specify the specialists you need. Instead of a salary, you pay in Startixes —digital shares of your project. People join because they become co-owners. Once the project starts generating revenue or attracts sponsors (investors), each participant automatically receives their share proportional to the number of Startixes they hold. Until the project generates profit, the platform limits the payout amount in accordance with the maximum payment allocated to project partners. However, whenever partners are paid, the corresponding percentage is also distributed to the other participants, including investors. After the project launches and begins generating profit, payments are fully regulated by the project partners, but whenever partners receive funds, all project participants receive their respective percentages based on the number of Startixes they hold.

Is it safe to invest money and ideas? Will the project be stolen?

The platform is built on the principles of transparency and milestone-based funding. Funds are released in installments for specific tasks, accompanied by mandatory video and photo reports. If the manager (author) fails to meet their obligations or is found to be engaging in fraud, the team conducts a vote, and management is transferred to the holder of the largest share of Startiks. The maximum risk for an investor is 1-2 salaries of the contractors; following this, the fraudster is removed, and the project continues under honest leadership.
Each project has a dedicated forum accessible only to the project team and the xstartx platform partners. Project participants store all confidential developments within this forum. Platform partners sign a non-disclosure agreement regarding the platform's project secrets. This ensures that all ideas and projects are fully protected.
