Terms of Service

This Agreement governs the relationship between the Site Administration (Kucherov Mikhail Ivanovich, Taxpayer Identification Number 231109091002) and the User.

1. Terms:

  • Site – an internet resource located at https://xstartx.ru.

  • Administration – Kucherov Mikhail Ivanovich.

  • User – a person who has completed registration on the Site.

  • Project – a page created by a user for collecting investments.

  • Coin (Startix) – the internal unit of account of the project.

2. Subject of the agreement:

2.1. The Administration provides the User with the opportunity to use the Site for:

  • creating and managing projects;

  • investing in other users' projects;

  • communicating on the forum and in chats;

  • topping up the balance and withdrawing funds.

2.2. Services are provided on a paid basis, unless otherwise specified by the rates.

3. Registration and account:

3.1. To access the functionality, it is necessary to complete registration by providing accurate data.

3.2. The User is responsible for the security of their login and password.

3.3. The Administration has the right to block an account in case of a violation of the rules.

4. Code of conduct:

4.1. It is prohibited to post unlawful, offensive, or spam content.

4.2. The use of the Site for fraudulent activities is prohibited.

4.3. The Administration has the right to moderate and remove any content without providing reasons.

5. Financial terms:

5.1. All settlements are made in Russian rubles, or in cryptocurrencies at the internal rate.

5.2. The Administration retains a commission in accordance with the rates published on the Site.

5.3. Refunds are made in accordance with the law "On Protection of Consumer Rights" and the public offer.

6. Liability:

6.1. The Site is provided "as is," and the Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

6.2. The Administration shall not be liable for losses arising from the use of the Site.

6.3. The User independently assesses the risks of investing in projects.

7. Final provisions:

7.1. The Agreement enters into force upon acceptance (pressing the "Register" button).

7.2. Disputes are resolved at the location of the Administration (Moscow City).

7.3. In all other matters, the parties shall be guided by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
