This Agreement governs the relationship between the Site Administration (Mikhail Kocherov, INN 231109091002) and the User.
Site – internet resource located at https://xstartx.ru.
Administration – Mikhail Kocherov.
User – a person registered on the Site.
Project – a page created by a user to raise investments.
Coin (Startix) – internal settlement unit of the project.
2.1. The Administration provides the User with the opportunity to use the Site for: creating and managing projects; investing in other users' projects; communicating on the forum and in chats; replenishing balance and withdrawing funds.
2.2. Services are provided on a paid basis, unless otherwise provided by the tariffs.
3.1. To access the functionality, you must register by providing accurate data.
3.2. The User is responsible for the security of their login and password.
3.3. The Administration has the right to block the account in case of violation of the rules.
4.1. It is forbidden to post illegal, offensive, spam content.
4.2. The use of the Site for fraudulent activities is prohibited.
4.3. The Administration has the right to moderate and delete any content without explanation.
5.1. All settlements are made in Russian rubles, or in cryptocurrencies at the internal exchange rate.
5.2. The Administration withholds a commission according to the tariffs published on the Site.
5.3. Refunds are carried out in accordance with the law "On Protection of Consumer Rights" and the public offer.
6.1. The Site is provided "as is", the Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
6.2. The Administration is not responsible for losses arising from the use of the Site.
6.3. The User independently assesses the risks of investing in projects.
7.1. The Agreement comes into force from the moment of acceptance (clicking the "Register" button).
7.2. Disputes are resolved at the location of the Administration (Moscow).
7.3. In all other respects, the parties are guided by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
