This offer is addressed to an indefinite circle of persons and is an official proposal of Mikhail Kocherov (self-employed, INN 231109091002) to conclude a contract for the sale and purchase of project internal currency (Startix coins) on the website https://xstartx.ru.
1.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer ownership of the project Startix coins to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for them at the price indicated on the project page in Russian rubles or the equivalent in US dollars at the Central Bank exchange rate at the time of payment.
2.1. The price of a Startix coin is set by the project creator and is indicated in Russian rubles (for information, it may also be displayed in US dollars as an equivalent at the exchange rate).
2.2. Payment is made in Russian rubles or in cryptocurrencies at the exchange rate calculated at the time of payment.
2.3. The Buyer makes payment through payment services (YooMoney, KuCoin).
3.1. The Buyer selects a project and the number of Startix coins.
3.2. Clicks the "Buy Startix coins" button, after which funds are debited.
3.3. Startix coins are credited to the Buyer's balance within 10 minutes after payment confirmation.
4.1. Purchased Startix coins can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase if they have not been used (not invested in other projects, not spent on voting).
4.2. To return uninvested coins, the Buyer creates a "Withdrawal Request" in their personal account.
4.3. Funds are returned to the account from which the payment was made (or to the Buyer's internal account), minus the commission of the payment system, bank, or blockchain network (crypto commission).
