(Internal Project Currency Purchase and Sale Agreement)

This offer is addressed to an indefinite circle of persons and constitutes an official proposal by Kucherov Mikhail Ivanovich (self-employed, INN 231109091002) to conclude a purchase and sale agreement for the internal currency (startixs) of projects on the website https://xstartx.ru.

1. Subject of the Offer

1.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer the ownership of the project's startixs to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for them at the price indicated on the project page in Russian rubles or the equivalent in US dollars at the Central Bank of the Russian Federation exchange rate at the time of payment.

2. Price and Payment Procedure

2.1. The price of a startix is set by the project creator and is indicated in Russian rubles (for information, it may also be displayed in US dollars as an equivalent at the exchange rate).

2.2. Payment is made in Russian rubles or in cryptocurrencies at the rate calculated at the time of payment.

2.3. The Buyer makes the payment through payment services (YooMoney, KuCoin).

3. Procedure for Acquiring Startixs

3.1. The Buyer selects the project and the number of startixs.

3.2. Clicks the "Buy Startixs" button, after which the funds are debited.

3.3. Starticks are credited to the Buyer's balance within 10 minutes after payment confirmation.

4. Return of starticks and funds

4.1. Purchased starticks can be returned at any time, provided they have not been used (not invested in other projects, not spent on votes).

4.2. To return uninvested coins, the Buyer creates a "Withdrawal Request" in their personal account.

4.3. Funds are returned to the account from which payment was made (or to the Buyer's internal account), minus the fee of the payment system, bank, or blockchain network (crypto fee).
