Project description

Project Target.

Project "Targed" Creating a global online platform for international trade. Our goal is to provide users from anywhere in the world with the opportunity Buy and sell goods with simple and transparent logistics. Unlike local bulletin boards, Target will work on the market place model with a full transaction cycle: from searching for goods to delivering them to the buyer.

Our mission: Make international shopping as easy as ordering from a local online store. "Target" will take over all the complexity of logistics, customs clearance and currency settlements.

Key Features of the Target Platform

  • Built-in logistics with worldwide delivery: The platform will be integrated with major logistics services (SDEC, DHL, EMS) and postal operators to offer users optimal routes and delivery costs.[citation:3][citation:5][citation:6]
  • Secure transaction (Escrow-service): The buyer’s money will be frozen in the platform account and transferred to the seller only after confirmation of receipt and verification of the goods. This is a key element of trust for international transactions[citation:3][citation:4][citation:6].
  • Multilingualism and multicurrency: Platform interface, product catalog and prices will automatically adapt to the language and currency of the user.
  • Assistance with customs clearance: As with Avito services, sellers or the platform itself will help customers with customs clearance, which is one of the main headaches when ordering from abroad.[citation:4][citation:6]
  • Direct dialogue between buyer and seller: Keep the ability to communicate and clarify details before purchase, as on bulletin boards [citation:6].

Market Potential and Benefits for Investors

The cross-border e-commerce market in Russia and the world is growing rapidly. After the departure of a number of foreign brands and the complexity of logistics chains, the demand for clear and reliable services for ordering goods from abroad has increased significantly. Major players, such as Avito, are just beginning to test such solutions, which gives the Target project the opportunity to occupy a free niche and offer the market a qualitatively new product.[citation:5][citation:6]

Our project is interesting because we are not creating a new online store, we are building it. infrastructure for international trade. This means that we earn on commissions on each successful transaction, not on the resale of goods.

Technology Development Plan

  • Stage 1 (3-6 months): Develop and launch an MVP (minimum viable product). Creation of a web platform with basic functionality: registration, placement of goods, search, basket, integration with one payment system and one logistics service.
  • Stage 2 (6-12 months): Expansion of functionality. Integration with new logistics partners and payment systems. Adding a Secure Transaction System (Escrow) Launching a mobile application.
  • Stage 3 (12-24 months): Scaling. Active marketing campaign to attract sellers and buyers from new countries. Implementation of tools for international order tracking and automation of customs processes.

Who we need.

To investors

We offer to invest in a promising and still free market segment – international marketplaces. The development of cross-border trade is a global trend that is only gaining momentum in Russia.[citation:4]

Payback potential: High, thanks to the commission revenue model and platform scalability. The market assessment allows us to predict significant growth in the next 3-5 years.

Performers

We are looking for talented specialists to create a complex, highly loaded world-class product:

Fullstack Developers (Experience of creating online stores or marketplaces)
DevOps engineers (Global infrastructure operation)
Integration of payment systems and logistics APIs
UI/UX designers (Creating a convenient interface for users from different countries)
Data analysts (To optimize platform performance and targeting)

This is a unique opportunity to create a product that can become the new standard for international online shopping.
